We should keep the border. Not only is it keeping Mexicans out, but it is also keeping them from dieing. In 2005, 500 people died trying to cross the border illegally. By putting up the border we can keep illegal immigrants out and save Mexican lives.
We shouldn't be getting involved with this issue. We are Connecticut and therefore, nowhere near Texas. Nobody likes America- because we always have to get involved with other peoples' problems. I believe that the fence should be taken down. To begin the fence has killed 500 people in 2005. many people have died trying to cross the fence. Another problem is that the fence is taking 2 miles of land owner.Would you like for some to take away part of your land. In the end you can see that the fence is causing more damage than good.

This disregards the bill of rights because it states no man should e hurt if coulde be prevented. Also the fence would directly throu 8o acres of residents farmland and this will reduce future value for the land. Lastly the overall illegal immigrant accounts for 3.6% of the total U.S population. SO it doesnt really affect America its self. To conclude we should lose the border fence because it is harming the immigrants, it would run thorough residents yards and the amonut of immigrants doesnt really affect us.

I think that it will be safe for the border fence to be up because us American citizens would have nothing to worry about if there isn't any competition with foreign people from different countries. Also, if thats the case then we can go back to trading. Another thing is have more Americans go back to work that they then couldn't have but will have now. George Bush signed a paper for virtual walls, unmaned vehicles patrolling the border. It didnt work and he wasted a substanial amount of money. First of all, having the fence doesnt even make sence because theres little spaces in between all of them.. basically, theres plenty of space for illegal immigrants to come across. There property has been cut in half and it's now on the Mexico side.. many people dont like or dont want to go to the Mexican side so it makes it very hard for them. Where is the logic in that? If a fence absolutely needs to be built then why not build it right next to the border instead of where people's houses and farms are? And why are there random gaps in the fence? What is the point of that? Why do someplaces have a wall and others have a virtual wall? The technology for this "virtual wall" isn't even working right! The whole border fence plan doesnt even make sense so why build it at the expense of the taxpayers and the American people who might be deepy affected by this?
i believe that the fence should go. the fence is not complete, th e virtual fence has glitches,it is cutting through peoples privet property, and there is two miles between the actual American Mexican border and where the fence actually is. border control claims that have arrested one million people from coming into the U.S. but they haven't stated how many people have been arrested since the fence had gone up. also, people that live within the tow miles that are behind the fence have to move or whenever they want to do something they have to risk being caught by border control even though they are american citizens. like if they call 911 and need an ambulance they are out of luck because they doctors cannot get behind the fence to assist them. also, these illegal immigrants only take up about 3% of the entire U.S. population and about 5% of the workforce population. that is not a lot of people considering how many people live in the U.S. also they are taking jobs that nobody in the U.S want so they are helping us out in a way.

The last reason why we shouldn’t have a border fence is because it is causing a lot of problems with the jobs that the immigrants are taking from Americans because it’s cheaper labor. This is why I think that there shouldn’t be a border fence on the border.
