3. Assess the validity of the above statement and explain whether or not the Revolution could have been avoided.

i believe that the russian revolution could deffinately have been avoided. i say this because the government didn't have to do these things to the people. they could have just left them alone and went on to their own buissnes. plus they are a communist counry and all of this could have been avoided if stalin wasn't elected to rule. or did they not have any say in the matter? well if stalin wasn't the leader they would have been a better country.
